The Next Step Program aims at establishing a post-secondary inclusive educational program that focuses on and caters for the individual needs and career choices of each student. It positively nurtures and supports students’ strengths and interests and provides mentoring and guidance in the students’ chosen career paths. It is versatile and diverse in terms of curriculum, and the tools and strategies used are adaptable to respond to each individual needs.
